| How to get here: By
bus: From Guatemala or Antigua to Taxisco (via Esquintla). In Taxisco
take another bus to La Avellana (20 min.) There you take a boat which
will bring you to Monterrico (25 min.). In Monterrico you follow the
main road all the way down and just before you get to the beach turn
right and follow the road to the Hotel (300m)
By Shuttle: Book it in Antigua with
"Voyageur" (Travelagency) or directly with us (Tel 5810
0821). Please ask them to bring you directly to the Hotel. The
returntrip can be booked cheaper at the Hotel. (85 Q)

Auto - Route 1:
From Guatemala City takte the Highway down South to Puerto Quetzal, there go
left, 15 min. to Iztapa. Shortly before getting to Iztapa turn left again until
you reach the new bridge to Puerto Viejo. Cross the bridge. From there the
road takes you directly to Monterrico (25km). Total 140
km (2 hours)
Auto - Route 2:
From Guatemala City takte the Highway down South. Shortly after Esquintla turn
left towards Taxisco (Frontera El Salvador). Around km 107 turn right to La Avellana.
There you take the Ferry to Monterrico (25min.). Total 120 km (2 hours)
